1. Is markup automatic when it is allowed on the form?
2. Do we need to transfer the group subtotals listed in Appendix B to the EFS form?
3. For equipment costs, are we to use “a, b, c, or d” or the actual unit spelled out?

1.      Is markup automatic when it is allowed on the form?

         No, follow OPS’ Reasonable Cost Guidelines.  Markup was left open on the EFS form if OPS determined that there could even be a remote chance that the item could be marked up.

2.      Do we need to transfer the group subtotals listed in Appendix B to the EFS form?

         Yes.

3.      For equipment costs, are we to use “a, b, c, or d” or the actual unit spelled out?

         Spell out the actual unit, the “a, b, c, d” is in the EFS for space consideration.
