4-4-1. RATE PER WELL SAMPLED
$106.00 per well. This includes all labor and materials (bailer, non-disposable bailer,
water-level indicator). It does not include analytical testing or disposal of purge water.
No additional consultant labor will be reimbursed.
4-4-49. CONSULTANT LABOR AND FIELD INSTRUMENTATION
No additional on-site consultant labor will be reimbursed. Field instruments may be billed
separately.
4-4-50. MISCELLANEOUS FIELD SUPPLIES
$20/day/site. This includes such items as gloves, baggies, ice, water, rope, pens, etc. No
receipts are required. |
