Proposed changes
to PSTC Policy 4 (PDF)
were approved by the Committee at its 12/19/08 meeting. The new
policy will be applied to all releases occurring on or after
7/1/09.
Changes in State Fund requirements for
release detection records
At the December
19, 2008 PSTC meeting, the Committee approved a change in the
requirements for release detection records. Effective for all
releases occurring on or after 7/1/09, 12 months of release
detection records (six months more than previously required) will be
required for responsible tank owner/operators.
The new
applications are to be used for releases occurring on or after
7/1/09.

New guidelines for double-siding
documents submitted to the State Fund Section
In an effort to
save paper, the State Fund Section will start allowing the following
items to be double sided when submitted with reimbursement
applications (for both the original and the copy):
Invoices
Release Detection Records
Please note,
invoice and release detection records cannot be mixed together and
double sided. Please keep like documents together.
